I recently bought a car from Randy as I was trying to figure out what I wanted he was very explanatory on every question I had, I finally picked the one I wanted from many options he had on the lot. I had a small issue the day I had picked it up I called him immediately and he had zero hesitation on asking where I was I then told him and he showed up within 5 minutes he realized the issue and called his shop on the spot to come get it and it’s being fixed in a very timely manner, I cannot thank Randy enough for the opportunity of getting a new car and not only that but being an amazing car sales man as well as caring about the customer even after you pull off the lot!

I went in sure that Randy wouldn’t be able to get me approved for an auto loan. Not only did he get me approved within minutes, but he gave some great financial advice. He was welcoming and very personable, I felt like we’d known each other for years. An overall really great guy. If there’s a vehicle you are looking for and he doesn’t have it on lot, he will do what he can to get you what you’re looking for. I recommend Randy at Riverbank Auto over the dealerships any day. Just a really great guy and business man.
