Not so much great service at this place ! I used them over a year ago for a battery so when my battery went two days ago, I decided to call them and let them know that the battery they sold me had died before it's warranty time and to also do a recall on my ram 2022 . When I called, I asked the girl do you have loaners? She said no we don't have loaners, where do you live at. I told her Yonkers ,she said I'll get somebody to drop you off when you drop the car off in the morning. When I get there to drop the car off in the morning, I'm greeted by Alex who's not so friendly, seems under a lot of stress and overwhelmed, but that should be seamless to the customer because this is service and your job is Customer Service . I told him I needed a ride to Yonkers ,he says we don't go to Yonkers. I
