I had a rough first experience due to a technical issue, but everything quickly turned around thanks to the professionalism and care of the team. Dante, the technician, took his time to listen and fully understand a concern I had during my service. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with the work being done. I also want to give special recognition to the manager, Hansel, who truly went above and beyond when my vehicle broke down. He personally brought a loaner car right to my door, took my vehicle in for service, and once everything was completed, returned my car to my front door and picked up the loaner. I just got my vehicle serviced today from this dealership, and i have to tell you that i was very impressed with the quality and service that they provided to me. My advisor Mr Alex Veras receive me like if i was the president of the united states lol. he made us feel good even though my car was Giving me problems, but by him being this way, it made my experience so amazing. I brought my vehicle in for service. It was for a New York State inspection. I was in and out within less than 30 minutes. Diana Delgado help me since I walked in the door greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome I am definitely going back for service and to see my new advisor
