Riverhead Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Not impressed at all with this dealers service department. Scheduled my vehicle for service (oil change) at 830 am. Did not hear anything all day long. Then had to call them 1.5 hours before closing to get an update on my vehicle. Stayed on hold for almost 10 minutes all to find out my vehicle had just been brought in the shop minutes prior. Keep in mind, this is approximately 6 hours after my scheduled service appt. time. For an oil change, that is ridiculous. Furthermore, the fact that I had not received an update all day long is unacceptable. And I firmly believe had I not called, my vehicle would have been kept there overnight because it was forgotten. Additionally, I had mentioned a few other software related issues I was having with the vehicle. I Asked to have the techs check it out

If I could give you zero stars I would ! Not because of the sales team, they’re all great, very happy with my purchasing experience of a Ram 1500 in 2023. It’s the service department that lost it. 90 % of the time I do my own oil changes, in March of 2025 I had to bring my truck in for a recall, while it was there I had them do an oil change, this week I did the next oil change myself, what do I find, the drain plug was put on ridiculously tight, it took a breaker bar to loosen it. The filter they put on not a Mopar brand but some aftermarket brand that I never heard of and it was loose and seeping oil. Then I noticed that there was a cellophane shield over the opening that was only partially removed still covering the rubber gasket and some of the holes, no wonder it wasn’t tight and lea

Amazing Service at Riverhead Dodge!! Thank you so much to Mike. P and the gang for hooking me up with a sweet ride!! This is the second time I have done business with Riverhead dodge and they are the best! Highly recommended them!!! -Amanda

Mike was extremely helpful with the sales process. He answered all of my questions and walked me through several options and vehicles. Joe, the finance manager, was fantastic—he made sure everything went smoothly and that I got the extended warranty I wanted. Every person I encountered at CDJR Riverhead was smiling, friendly, and ready to help. Mike and Joe were both personable and professional, and they made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Had nothing but a great experience. My wife and I were given absolutely no pressure and they showed nothing but patience. Our sales rep Micheal Pellegrino went through all the cars within our budget until we decided on one. When we were finalizing the deal we were shown every page and not forced to get anything we did not want and explained everything. At the end, a great dealer and amazing people. Thank you very much. We will definitely be doing business here again.
