DO NOT TAKE YOUR RIVIAN HERE - THEFT OF PROPERTY My Rivian R1S was unfortunately in a collision back in October. As part of the collision repair process my Rivian was towed to this location to have the damages assessed. While my truck was in Rivians position at the Ladson location, it was left unlocked in the parking lot. I received a call from the Berkeley County Sheriff's department alerting me to an incident which involved my vehicle and my vehicle only. I had a subwoofer installed in a hidden space within the vehicle when I first purchased the truck. Mind you, this speaker was installed out of sight and you wouldn't know where the sub was unless you knew to open the semi-hidden compartment in the rear of the truck. We had a test drive at this location. The experience was great. Matt was super friendly and helpful. He went over all the details of the car and answered all of our questions. I would definitely refer anyone to contact him if they had any questions.

Great experience with the service center. Keyanna and her team were actually able to troubleshoot an issue for us that the main call centers weren't, and the team fixed our vehicle quickly.
