Finally Rivian opened a location that are convenient to the south bay people, place is huge and clean, I was able to get my services done in less than 70 minutes, used to take minimum a day for any type of service at the kings location. The guest lounge is huge and quiet, not much drink or snacks but you can definitely find a spot to work there during wait.
A new Rivian combo Service+Demo center staffed with experienced employees from other Rivian Sites. Jason was a great help and very friendly during a standard service visit!
This service and sales center is incredible! Every staff that I interacted with is extremely helpful willingly to go above and beyond to help you! They helped me with not only my lease return but also booking the new Rivian! Amazing to have this new center in bay area! Great work!! Special shoutout to Aaron and Donivan!
