Went in for a same day bi-annual inspection. Originally i was notified several hours; so I dropped it off around 1:30pm and expected end of day… I was shocked that by 2:45 I had a call saying it was all set and ready to be picked up! Update: 1/2026... again needed an urgent service, this time on my tires and they were able to accommodate me same day and update my near bald (some offbrand) tires to full fresh Falkens WildPeaks

Hands-down one of the best shop experiences I've ever had the pleasure of having. Mike really does his best to look out for you as the customer,i have an incredible amount of trust in this shop and the quality of work they provide. The hospitality from THIS auto repair shop is unmatched. Complimentary coffee upon arrival and Mike was even able to arrange me a ride home after my drop off. Went in with a p0420 code and a bad back axle,we tried to work around the expensive cat repair,it took about a day and a half to rule out the 02 sensors after repairing it initially. Second day they re priced the job with the new game plan of replacing the cat and trying to save as much of the cat as they could to avoid running up MY wallet. I had an excellent experience at RM Auto Care Services for my oil change. The service was fast, reliable, and very professional from start to finish. I want to thank Mike, the owner, for running such a well-organized shop, and Caine, the supervisor, for his attention to detail and friendly attitude. To say my experience was good is an understatement. I’d give 10 stars if I could. I was in a time crunch to get my car inspection done, and Mike went above and beyond to make sure I’d get a same day appointment. They not only took me in last minute but also changed the plates for me and the wait time was minimal. They have a wonderful customer service with attention to detail. This was my first time there but I’m definitely returning for all of my car needs. Thank you Mike and RM Auto.

We took our vehicles to a local shop at 200 Putnam Pike, Johnston, RI .We spent in 2024 8000.00 on issues and normal wear and tear. One of our vehicles had and engine light on with a code that had multiple reasons what it could be it stated the ABS system has an issue and the brakes were all messed up. So we took the vehicle back to that auto repair they had it for two days and stated it was a fuel performance chip we had in the USB port which was bologna. They said you need to take it to a dealership and have them replace the ABS Modulator Valve. At this point we were frustrated with this shop after we have received bad information from them before and the problem still existed after we paid thousands.
