My triple a tow truck driver recommended this place over the one I planned to go to. I needed a new alternator and only had the day to get it fixed. The service is honestly amazing and they're super friendly here with helpful staff. They took my jeep in as soon as I got there and started working on it even though they looked busy. It's just I have to admit the prices are a bit high in comparison to other places I've gone. I did get a discount with my triple a but it still seemed high lol just a college student here to get where I'm coming from. I think the service you'll get makes it worth it and they caught me in a pinch where I just needed it fixed quick, but something worth thinking about if you're on a budget. I wanted to reach out and thank you for the diagnosis and resolution for my Ford F-150 Transmissions. The truck was missing gear shifts, sticking in 6th gear and resetting to 1st gear and throwing lots of error codes. The team at RMC diagnosed the codes and performed a fluid flush and reprogramming and the truck runs perfectly (Actually better than it has run in quite a long time). They could have very well recommended that I replace or perform a very expensive transmission maintenance. They did the right work for the issue and I couldn't be any more pleased. This review is LONG overdue. This summer, my family and I were headed to the beach to connect with other loved ones. We had just experienced a death in the family a few days prior and wanted to go somewhere, where we could all breathe emotionally. On the way, my Honda Odyssey started making some scary noises and movements, then the check engine light went on... It was a Saturday almost at closing time for all mechanics. Truly exceptional experience. Had some belts replaced a few months back and they developed a squeal. Brought my car in, they fixed the problem, and didn’t charge me bc they warranty their work. Place is clean and everyone is professional and friendly. AAA approved. They don’t upsell and their charges are reasonable. So grateful to have found an auto mechanic I can trust.
