I used Derrek for the first time the other day and was VERY impressed. He was super polite and a pleasure to deal with. After I mentioned a small concern, he investigated it and was very detailed in his explanation of what he thought it was. Since the issue was so slight, it would not register on the diagnostic machine; therefore, he couldn’t tell me definitively what it was. Since he couldn’t, he didn’t want to recommend a repair even though he had a theory of what the issue was. Instead of recommending repairs and taking money on theories, he said we should wait for it to get a little worse so it would register on the diagnostic machine. He was VERY trustworthy, and made me very comfortable dealing with him. I will definitely be using him in the future!

My car has been undrivable for almost a week due to a bent tierod and I have reached out to multiple mobile mechanics with no success, some didn't respond at all and some were a no show, however RnD Garage responded within literally a single minute, said he was in Wilson and was heading my way without hesitation. When given my quoted price I was heart broken because I could not afford it, and he worked with me and not only has he given me an affordable price, but got here, fixed the part, and left to take it to be realigned within an hour total. Hands down the most reliable and efficient mechanic I've ever met! One of the nicest, down to earth, and understanding people I've come across in a long time. Seriously
