Hector is the best. He was very respectful, makes sure you understand everything and get what you want. Nice enough to show me what it looks like on my car by doing a side by side. Communication is excellent... I recommend this place 100%

Great team! Very easy to work with and very fast. In and out in an hour and a half. Mounted my new tires on my new rims, balanced and aligned them speedily!!!!

RNR customer service is top tier. Their last appointment for the day was at 5 pm and I didn’t get there until 5:35 and they were still sweet enough to help me. They were very understanding because I had to pick up my kids by a certain time. I will definitely recommend them!

Jon was great. Very straightforward and communicative. Don’t try to oversell me and helped me find what I was looking for. First time here, but will be back, hopefully not sooner thank 50K miles outside of rotations.

I normally don’t leave reviews for anything… but I couldn’t help my self due to the fact I had an amazing experience working with Hector at pleasantburg location. He was very kind, helpful and most importantly he Listened to my needs and wants to what I wanted out of my next set of truck tires.
