While the rims themselves look fantastic, what truly impressed me was the added value: when you get your brakes done with them, they include at least a one-year warranty, offering unmatched peace of mind. Their tire replacement policy is also budget-friendly, with costs around $20 to $40 if anything happens. Honestly, I’m not sure if I’m more excited about the sleek look of the rims or the robust protection that comes with them. Walking into RNR Savannah was probably one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. I got wheels and tires and from the gate, I expressed that I noticed others who'd gotten wheels and tires from there, their tire pressure sensor light stayed on and I didn't want that. I was assured that would not be the case. When I left, the TPS light was still on. I went back and the young lady at the front desk (Kee? - the darker skinned young lady) said it would reset when I drove in for a while. Well, 2 days later, light still on. I stopped by the store and asked for a Manager, I spoke with Matt. He assured me that he would rectify the issue. After a few tries, Matt explained that on Lexus cars, they always have these issues. Welllll, why isn't that explained once you see that you're about to work on

I did not like the wait time of ordering additional parts for installation and nor did I trust the process. However, the store manager Matt, sales person Chanelle and other staff members endured. Given clarification when I lacked understanding, showing knowledge and professionalism. The pricing reasonable and competitive. I absolutely love the finish product and is well worth the wait!

Experience was awesome, was able to get some new shoes for the truck. Easy process staff was nice and friendly. Shop guys were also!

Bad pricing. They over charge heavily here. And no its not a "you get what you pay for" situation cause i ended up finding the same rims and tires i was looking for. For $400 less. Packaged, mounted, balanced AND delivered...with a better warranty.... Decent service... but terrible response times. It seemed to me that they were completely uninterested in making a sale.
