BE VERY CAUTIOUS when buying from this dealership. We purchased a truck back in August that came with a transmission warranty. Before buying, I asked Jared several times about any past damage or issues that might affect the truck and what exactly the transmission warranty covered and why it was replaced . He assured me everything was fine, even saying he had planned to make it his daily driver but went with a different model . Not long after, the transmission failed while my husband was driving on the highway with my two young children. We found out it had regular hose clamps instead of proper compression fittings, which led to the failure. Although the warranty covered the transmission replacement, we had to haul the truck two hours back (we live in Illinois) to get the work done and p

Absolutely horrible owners to deal with! Would not recommend...saying we wasted her staffs time! Is absolutely so unprofessional! We talked about a deal on a vehicle and all of a sudden the owners changed their mind because we asked one more time is 11,000 your final price? And than they got mad cause we asked... And with saying thanks for wasting our staffs time??? Like how? we came up there in the intent to buy.. he was going to come up in morning anyway and get it, (not now) we even told her employee we were coming in morning... instead the horrible attitude we received, was uncalled for! When your wanting to make money it's not a waste of anyone's time! Not everybody is gonna jump when you or anyone wants them to! Shame on you for the way you came at us with that attitude...
