DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Took my RAV4 to Robert’s to have rear differential and 2 control arms replaced. Had to return 2 days after getting it back. They found a bolt loose on one of the control arms. They knew exactly which one it was as they had difficulty with it. They put loc/tite on it. I drove to upstate NY. Started making a loud clunking noise in the rear end. Took to my garage and they found the rear differential leaking. It also had been dented by a hammer or something. Come to find out he replaced with used parts. He claims we discussed this. ABSOLUTELY not true. Also the front left axle was 1/4 of the way out of the transmission and I was missing a lug nut off my front right wheel. Fogot to mention that my car shook when reaching a speed of 65. I paid h

We recently moved to the area, and one thing I was nervous about was finding a trustworthy mechanic as a bad mechanic can cost you tons of time and money. I originally got turned on to Roberts Auto Repair by seeing the blue Tacoma with the phone number on the side. I figured anyone who can keep a truck that old looking that good has to be one hell of a mechanic. I just picked up my old own truck this week, and Roberts was the first place I took it as the check engine light was on. I pulled the codes, and it turned out to be the knock sensor. I took the truck in fully intending to just have that sensor replaced, and Jason talked me out of it because it wasn't needed. I feel like the best way to judge how trustworthy a business might be is if you walk in trying to spend money on something

Got in a pinch and found out my wheel bearing was going out and had a trip to NC in 4 days, called Roberts and with no hesitation he got me right in and had me fixed up and back on the road. You get amazing service for half the poce others charge and they get the job done right. Because of them I'm able to make the trip with friends to go support a friends business.

While driving to our vacation destination we had a wheel come off, so we got it towed to where to tow truck driver recommended. The fact that is was 2 in the afternoon and they got us right in so we could be on our way was amazing. As soon as the vehicle was off the tow truck they went to work. They were friendly and cared about getting us back on the road and the price was reasonably cheap. Any other place would have took advantage of the tourist coming through but not them they were amazing. If you ever need someone to work you n your vehicle I would highly recommend them
