Robert's Automotive

I have had multiple oil changes done, inspection, tires mounted and balanced and most recently repairs made to an oil leak. The staff has consistently been friendly, easy to work with, prices are reasonable and Bob is very accommodating. I would highly recommend their services.

I have a Subaru Forester, dealer has been a pain. Bob helped me clear up the different numbers on when to change my CVT fluid. Dealer said 70K miles to it never needs changed and another mechanic said another number so he said every 50K miles and yes I'll take his word for it. They also work with Tire Pros as well and they are great for doing maintainence also but transmissions and major work they referred me to see Bob and yes I'll be going back at 50K miles for the transmission service and I wanted to say thank you so much.

I am younger than Bob. I want to live longer than Bob. He takes care of my cars. Who is going to take care of my cars when Bob is gone??? This is how I feel about Bob.

Bob is a great guy and an excellent mechanic, but the main reason I go to him is that he's as "Honest as the day is long". It's a wonderful feeling to be able to leave your vehicle with a repair shop where you KNOW you're not gonna get ripped off! His prices are on par with other legitimate repair shops and I'm sure you could probably find someone cheaper, but remember... "You get what you pay for!" I've been using their services for many years now and I've Never had a negative experience. As long as I continue to live in the NK area, I don't plan on going anywhere else to get my repairs done. Happy New Year, Bob. I pray 2024 is the Best year you'll ever have!... Blessings on your house, Mark R Butler

I used to go to another shop in town by the post office, but they were bought out by a larger company and lost the "customer touch" so I tried out Bob. He was great and communicated to me like I was his only customer. I was told step by step how he diagnosed my issue and even told me the urgency of the repair ( I did not need to do the work). For that I brought the truck back the next day and bought 2 new tires from him.
