I went in to get my tires rotated and the customer service suck. The lady and two men working up front was rude and dismissive. The customer service was so bad that everyone in the waiting area was complaining.I use to love Robert Bros until they got this new lady upfront. They didn't rotate my tires because I didn't get new tires with them. They just lost my business.

Great service, fair price, and quality work. Well suited for working on tires on a motorhome recreation vehicle. RV repairs on the road can be a challenge, but not here. We are traveling full time in our RV. We have had a troublesome tire with a slow leak after a patch job from a large screw. While airing up the tire, I noticed a pinhole leak in the sidewall. After cornering a local about a good tire shop, he recommended Roberts Brothers. We showed up and the service tech immediately inspected the tire and told us that the tire needed replacement. All the tires on our coach were original and 5 years old. I opted for full replacement. The crew quickly installed our tires and we were on our way in about two hours. Lady at the front desked seemed agitated at the person on the phone. Then when I ask about a certain tire she wasnt willing to look and passed me off to someone that wasnt there. I went down the road to the next place and had all four tires installed. I know people have bad days. But you're a tire store🤔
