They had my truck for about 3.5 months, and after finally getting it back, lasted 800 miles with the timing letting go. From the get it wasn't quite right- (nit-picks) cabin/dash was filthy, engine bay was dirty from oil/fluid spills, and for whatever reason, even had oil residue in the windshield drip tray- caused my cabin to smell of oil. (Not so nit-picks) Engine was ticking a little (wasn't bad, just different- chalked it up to the timing job), loose and missing bolts and brackets, and all 8, yes all 8 spark plugs were hand-tight/loose. Even my air box and filter were dirty- couldn't bother to hit it with the air hose. Was in communication with them through this- Engine popped on the highway and left me stranded a few states out. As a third-generation resident (now former) and newsman, I had occasion recently to see my battery-light appear near the MHP scales. Jacob Creighton showed perfect understanding of my need to drive to Arkansas; got my Ram in; all systems checked; and a new battery installed…AMOST quicker than I can type this review! The techs gave me the facts quicker than I can recommend you go see Jacob…even if you think something doesn’t seem right with your vehicle. I believe you’ll get an honest evaluation and, like me, get a reasonable price-estimate. I’ll be back!!!!

Outstanding repair service. Turn around time was excellent. Dropped off car, repairs were done next day. Thought it would be at least a couple days. KUDOS!!

The woman up at the front area was so unprofessional, didn’t look up from whatever she was doing on the computer. Not sure her job title, but she ignored me until the other gentleman who was already at the time helping someone, got to me and helped me. He was great, but she was so rude. Owner was overheard calling his staff names and yelling from the front.

I'm grateful for the kindness and willingness to help. No words can express my gratitude enough for all that you've done. Thanks again for everything! You're one of the best in my book.
