The team at Rocco's went above and beyond to ensure a timely completion of our repairs due to an impact with a deer. Living over 700 miles away it was a difficult time and they helped my family connect with all of the necessary pieces to get home safely while they worked on the repairs. They were always very friendly and focused on great customer service. We are very happy with the results of their handiwork!

I can’t speak for others but I can speak for myself and that this place does do great work. I just had the windshield and some paint done since my car was slightly vandalized (the damage is hard to see but a little more noticeable in person). I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews but I think that the people leaving negative reviews needed major work done to their car. It only took them a week to get the car back to me and kept me updated throughout the whole process. When I came to pick the car up I could not believe how good it looked. They really did a great job and credit should be given where credit is due. I would definitely come back here in the future if I need paint work done. Check out the before and after photos.

First off, I have to say that Nate and Tyler were both phenomenal and exceptional with their service firsthand. My car was checked into the shop within 5 minutes. Excellent service with a great venue. By the way, the lollipops are to die for lemon being my favorite. My Chevy will be in great hands. Take it from me, guys they are the best in North Eastern Pennsylvania, the Poconos. They even took care of all my questions. Check them out asap! They even held my car at no extra charge since I was away working for one week. I was able to come pick it up with no problem. They gave me my keys and like magic it was like nothing never happened. We recently moved to the area and have done well with deer dodging until last weekend. Wrecked the grill and a few mechanical components on our F250 on a Saturday morning, by Monday it had been taken to Rocco's. By Wednesday, we and our insurance company had the quote for repairs, and by Friday midday the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Wonderful turn around time, and a blessing to have it done before the holidays. The crew were friendly and communicative. My only suggestion would be, to be open for half days on weekends to process minor driveable repairs, while having the ability to accept tow-in bigger jobs that will take the week to complete.
