Rochester auto care very professional help me with my daughter‘s car. She turned 16 and she had to get some electrical work done and some things with the air conditioning. Checked all fluids. Some new wiring. I highly recommend Todd and his crew. They were great. He is great for the Rochester community.

I had the best experience with Rochester Auto Care. They answered my phone call right away and got me in the next day. I was very impressed with how clean the waiting room was and exceptional customer service. I received updates all throughout my visit and the check out was speedy as well. Nicely ran and super knowledgeable staff with great communication.

This was the worst service experience I’ve had in my lifetime. They do not have mechanics available every day, which was not communicated clearly. Even though I booked an appointment in advance, they did not complete the work on the scheduled day because the mechanic only showed up the following day. This caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience. I provided all the required spare parts myself, yet the total cost was still extremely high. On top of that, the quality of work was disappointing. They failed to properly install my front bumper. When I pointed it out, they claimed it was a pre-existing issue before I brought the car in—which is simply not true. The front desk staff member was polite and helpful, but unfortunately, the mechanic was rude and did not make any effort to communicat

I’ve been bringing my cars to Rochester Auto Care since I was 16. Started with my BMW 440i for a full cat-back exhaust, and over the past three years, I’ve easily spent tens of thousands of dollars with them. Todd and his team are very knowledgeable with many different types of vehicles they’ve worked on my different brand European cars, putting upgraded turbos and the supporting mods on my Audi RS5, a full exhaust on my G82 M4, and countless maintenance jobs for multiple of my cars, including family vehicles. Every time, they’ve been professional, honest, and just solid to work with. They’ve taught me a lot on the way, and I tell anyone who asks about my cars to check them out.

After taking my 13 Ford Flex to a Ford dealership in Lake City and them telling me I needed the water pump replaced I took it to Todd and the team at Rochester Auto Care for a second opinion. The found out it was just a leaking radiator hose. They saved me thousands of dollars. I later brought it in for brakes and general check up and they found all of my valve stems were bad. I had just had my tires replaced from the same dealership. Great customer assistance and they sent a text with pictures of the problems before starting any repairs. Will be referring them to all my friends.
