Rochester Collision Center

On November 11th, 2024, I took my car in to get it fixed as my parent got into a deer accident on the highway driving back home. When we took it in, we had to wait 4 and a half months of waiting for it to be fully repaired. A year later, I have experience severe leaking problems with my car. I took it into another dealership as I didn’t think it was a problem. Turns out, it was a severe problem where my radiator, transmission, and coolant were leaking and my radiator was missing a peg and hanging on by a zip tie. The other dealership noticed that the coolant, radiator, and transmission were all from the accident, even though, we were quoted to get those exact, new parts. I was severely angry and upset as I figured I got cheaper out by this collision center. I’m also still upset to this day

We had our car in after an accident and Rochester Collision Center. The staff was amazing, friendly, and very helpful. They got our car fixed and looking like new again! I would definitely recommend them!

Had them take care of some minor rear end damage. Easy to walk in or make appointment for estimate; they handle things directly with the insurance company if you haven’t already; work was done well. It did take almost twice as long as initially estimated, but I have learned to expect that at most auto repair places. Would definitely return!

These guys are the absolute best! Madison at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming! If you’re lucky enough to get Shaun to fix your car you’ll never be disappointed! He is so professional and polite and always keeps you updated on your cars progress. Being one of the only certified Lexus repair shops around I knew I was in good hands. After I hit a deer, he got to work immediately and had my car completely repaired 6 days early! Would recommend anyone to check the collision center out for any car problems!
