Bought my car from Bill, super nice guy not pushy! I absolutely love my car, the price and maintenance log was fantastic! I came in to test drive another car, and I found another one on his lot I liked so I ended up buying it, very truly worthy car dealership and sales man!! By far one of the best car buying experience I have had!!

Just recently bought a car from Rochester Imports and I had a great experience! The office was tricky to find but it was the first door on the right when you go up the stairs. Bill is the dealer and he was very nice and patient. Very friendly guy. I was able to quickly get a test-ride for the car I was interested in. Bill showed be the carfax sheet on the car with all the information about the car and its history. The car was even priced down from the carfax recommendation. Bill also helped me get Geico insurance for the car I bought which was very nice of him especially since it was my first time doing that! He seems like a very honest guy, very friendly. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a used car!

Bill is a very nice man. He helped buy a used car……Suburu outback! I love the car! My Honda civic….2009…..was time to say goodbye….putting too much money into it….2009. I had uber come to imports in Webster for the appointment with Bill bcuz my Honda civic was in the shop. Bill was nice enough to give me a ride home! I didn’t have to use uber! I highly recommend this place to buy a used car!!

I had a great experience buying a 2014 Tacoma from Bill. Very good on communication and availability. Extremely fair pricing and no nonsense - you can tell he wants everyone to have a great experience! Update after 3 months owning the truck: I ran into some issues, needing a new alternator and exhaust system within a couple of months, among a couple other quirks. Bill was extremely empathetic and understanding and helped me cover the work from afar. Would have great confidence buying another vehicle from him knowing he stands by the quality of his sales and has great customer service.

Bought our third used Subaru from Bill! Two prior Subaru’s are still on the road and running great. Bill prices his cars fairly and is very easy to work with. My family and I recommend Bill and Rochester Imports highly!!
