Rochester Toyota Service

I have come here a few times for maintenance on my car and most times there have been little things that went wrong but nothing major. I went in last friday because my car was making a weird noise and I wanted to get it checked out before the weekend. I took it in through their drive up service and had a mechanic listen to it. I told him that the battery had died the night before and even after replacing, the engine area still had a weird humming noise coming from it. He listened to it, had me rev it a few times and then told me he wasn’t sure what was wrong. I told him I needed to drive home and asked him if he thought I would be okay to. He said “i’m not worried about it”. It turned out to be the alternator and broke down on me the next morning while I was driving. I couldn’t find anyone

I will try to make this short and sweet.... Had some issues with a 4Runner I had purchased at a dealership in Milwaukee....from the get-go... That's a long story in and of itself.... That is on the dealership in Milwaukee not Rochester..... And yes I did not get great news on a rust perforation guarantee on it here in Rochester.... I was in a BAD accident earlier this week..... Someone failed to yield for me at a stop sign... my 4Runner was totaled.... Thankful my injuries were not worse after seeing the other truck as well.. Did not grasp the severity of the accident as I was in shock after it happened ... Until I went to where they towed it to and got a good look at my 4Runner........ Had phone calls to make talking to the police ..... A lot of distractions at the accident scene ...Thank

I gave a review 3 months ago. No one ever contacted me. I’m now having trouble with my Screen app on my car! Four phone calls and no one can help. I called about Your session has expired. Enter a pen. Which I did. Yesterday completely locked out. Asked to speak to the supervisor for service and the girl on the phone told me he doesn’t take outside calls. I gave her my number no one called. Four different people can’t seem to help me. I can honestly say I will never buy another Toyota!
