My husband and I had a great experience with Rockaway Express Auto-body. From start to finish, Sebastian made the process easy—keeping an open line of communication, which I found to be extremely helpful. He was on top of insurance and even extended my rental for me. It was extremely reassuring as this was my first time needing auto repair work. Furthermore, after picking up my vehicle the quality of work was excellent. Guillermo and his team did a beautiful job repairing my bumper and trunk. I would feel comfortable recommending this shop to anyone, and would most certainly use again if needed.

I've been to many auto body shops in several different locations and this is by far the best and only one that I truly trust. I got an estimate down the street that gave me a high price and told me it would take four weeks to repair. Then I took my car here and got the same job done for half the price and it was all fixed in one week! A quarter of the time! I wouldn't have been able to afford any other place. They replaced both bumpers on my Honda Civic and removed several dents, and the car looks brand new. I was honestly shocked by how good the results were. The owner, Guillermo, and his very capable son, Sebastian, repaired (and replaced part of) my SUV’s driver side door. Their customer service/people skills are excellent which is always nice to encounter. They easily provided estimates for more work I was contemplating, their prices were fantastic, turnaround time more than reasonable. The finished product is flawless. Absolutely beautiful, quality work. They came recommended to me by several auto mechanics who take their own cars there. I will absolutely refer/recommend them, and use them for any autobody needs I have going forward.
