I was very excited to check this place out, drove an hour and actually broke down in their parking lot just to find they’re out of business. Not actually a review based on the fault of them but google needs to change this business to permanently closed

David & Kyle are fantastic and helpful. Prices are appropriate or better. Purchased a used repairable old bike and many parts for my bikes over several years. Always great. Handle special orders well, answer questions, provide sound advice and assistance. I do all my own work but would highly recommend RCR for those that prefer a professional do work for them.

Great customer service!! They seemed to pick peoples brains on exactly the style motorcycle you want. The shop owners grandson sold me my bike and did a wonderful job at sales and customer service ( not to mention, he is still in his early ages) They are teaching them right at Rock City! I also came back to get my seat changed out, they gave me a good price. Also did some custom fabrication in their shop to get my new seat to fit. All around phenomenal service! Keep up the success!

I would say as long as you want quality Service done thumbs up! As far as comradery or attitude or friendliness thumbs-down! There is no grace extended on time there is no patience when it comes to communication! There is no grace extended to you either. There is no trust especially being African-American to leave their premises innocently. So with things that were misconceived by words over a time span of up to 10 minutes of closing you better bet that the excuse for going into overtime over those 10 minutes is that he is not off of work to go get his beer! And will not apologize for making you feel any type of way when you are a recurring customer! You keep when you extend a friendly hand.
