Rocket Wash Express

I can’t say enough good things about Rocket Wash Express on Wayne Memorial in Goldsboro. I called with a few questions and Theresa, who answered the phone, was absolutely amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly while giving me genuinely helpful information. Customer service like that really stands out. I have their membership and it is 100% worth it. The car wash consistently cleans my car really well, and the facility itself is always clean and well maintained. One of my favorite features is the vacuums. I love that they offer two different kinds, including one that’s perfect for small nooks and crannies. As a parent of toddlers, that detail makes a huge difference. Between the excellent customer service, quality wash, and thoughtful setup,

The best car wash I’ve been through, actually cleans the car. They have 2 separate nozzles for vacuuming… one is for general purpose the other one is for hard to reach crevices. The dryer is phenomenal and there’s a drying towel that is soft on the paint that dries the top of the hood, roof, and back glass. There’s a lot of other things I could say but the review would be too long. Will be recommending this place

Lazy me went here today , the 15 dollar price gave me a shock and the fact you have to be a member to get a military discount doesnt sit well .... but it was a great wash and they have all the accessories to clean your car, but because you're located on Wayne Memorial doesnt mean you should charge those prices , but you do you boo ! I will be going to mod wash on in rosewood moving forward 5 dollars saved is gas money for me ..... much success with your business....I won't be a part of it ....
