Rocket Wash

First time customer, and my car is still dirty!!! And the vacuums sucks! And I tried 3 different ones. Pushed the call attention button by the floor Matt washing station. And nobody comes out. Definitely not worth the $22 I paid! So I did take my car thru a second time after I found an attendant. The back is still dirty. Won’t be back.

Never had a problem there until today. Paid for the $18 wash and this is what it came out like. Still dirty on the sides too but not as bad as the back. Didn’t notice until I got home because they don’t have mirrors to see after. I called explaining and asking for a free wash or a refund, and they said there was nothing they can do because the rewash has to be immediately after.

Took my F150 in for a post winter wash. Came out with scrapes, scratches, and missing paint on both sides of my truck at about knee height running all the way from front to back. If you aren't supposed to take full sized trucks in one of these washers, they should have told me at their window. Lesson learned for now I suppose. Edit: Reached out to the email from the response Rocket Wash gave me. Pretty much a waste of both our time. They asked for the same info multiple times, talked in circles, and then denied a claim for damage that I never even made, or even hinted at. The process for them proving my truck didn't become damaged at their site was a phone picture of the screen instead of a screenshot, which was full of visual artifacts, and where you can barely see anything, let alone a

This is such a beautifully kept clean place with friendly attendants who maintain the place very well and plenty of vacuums and garbage cans and even a free mat wash! It’s heaven! Plus there’s Scooters Coffee right next door so you can drive over after or walk just over the connecting hill to get your honey who’s still cleaning the car a little something sweet. The sunset view is gorgeous too!

Don’t recommend using their floor mat washing machine. Put my weather techs in face down like you’re supposed to and went in no problem but wouldn’t come out, called an employee over and it was stuck inside the rollers. After waiting for about 5-10min the employee got it out but was all bent and rolled. Doesn’t sit 100% snug like it used to. UPDATE: after only 2 weeks of the floor mat incident my mirror has fallen off after a wash. I fold my mirrors in every wash and yet the wash manages to break my mirrors. I spoke with the manager who was absolutely great but the higher-ups decided it’s not covered due to my truck being over 10 years old despite being in amazing condition for the year. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be canceling my membership and making sure I tell everyone not to go. UP
