My car was recently involved in a rear-end collision, and Rocky Mountain Collision and Auto Painting was truly seamless to work with from start to finish. The entire repair process took about two weeks, and it honestly would have been even faster if we hadn’t needed additional approval from the other driver’s insurance. During the crash, the seatbelt that runs through my daughter’s car seat was torn due to the impact, and they made sure that was properly replaced in addition to repairing all of the rear-end damage. This place is terrible at communication. My daughter’s Subaru had a dumpster slam into it while she was at work on a rainy, stormy night resulting in a huge dent. The company that owned the dumpster was great and gave us an estimate quickly. I took it to Rocky Mountain Collision in Pleasant Grove and they took photos of the car and made a copy of the estimate and said they would look it over and get back to me. Over a week later I called them and said they would get back to me in a couple of hours. Didn’t hear anything for days. Finally called again and didn’t even have my name in the system. They apologized and promised to get back to me within minutes. They never called and I finally gave up and went to another body shop that got the car right in communicated great from the start.

I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Collision. The team there kept me informed every step of the way, handled the communication with our insurance company, did exceptional high-quality work, and even took care of returning our rental car!

I cannot tell that anything was done (besides the damage being repaired). My car was less than a year old, brand new from the factory, and it all matches excellently. The car came back to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. The folks at Rocky Mountain Collision were helpful, courteous, informative, and obviously great at their jobs. They even provided pictures of before, during, and after. It isn't the cheapest estimate I received, but it wasn't the most expensive either, and I'm extremely glad I paid their rates!
