Rocky Mountain Diesel Emissions

The lady at the desk is extremely rude. She needs customer service lessons. Her demeanor and the was she spoke to me and other customers was not nice. Myself and others said thank you to her and she would not respond. It would suck to be so miserable. The guy that took my truck and performed the emissions was nice and efficient. The last time I was here the rude lady was not here. I doubt I will come back next time.

I took my truck to get an emission they failed it I went to a mechanic they said nothing was wrong with the truck, I took it to another place and it passed. Told the lady at the desk about it she was rude and did not give me a refund after not doing emission right

I showed up to have my emissions done and during the test, my truck went into limp mode. They told me i needed to get it fixed and then take it back for retesting at a reduced rate. It is a 2020 Ram and was under warranty. I took it to the dealership and they said somehow the truck went into a regeneration cycle during the emissions test. I returned to get it retested and paid the reduced rate. After the truck passed the second time, they refunded my money for the second test. This made me feel much better about their service as they accepted that the truck went into limp mode during their first test. I know sometimes things happen, but they stood behind their work by refunding me the second fee! I will be returning there for my truck emissions from now on.

Been going to this location ever since early 90s and will keep going back, Fast and easy every time and definitely will keep spreading the word.
