I had an issue burping my coolant and I didn't have the proper equipment so I took my truck across the street to Rojas. I'd done business with them before and I was trusting of them so I had no issue taking my only vehicle there. I expressed that I had a procedure in Jacksonville the next day and needed to leave by 6. It was 4 when I got there. When he called and told me my truck was ready, I asked him was he sure I'll be okay. He stated he'd driven it around and he got the air bubbles out the coolant. I was confident I could drive safe now. Boy was I wrong. 7 miles outside of Jacksonville my engine light started flashing and I heard gurgling. My engine overheated and it was getting dark. Terrified, I didn't know what to do. I immediately called him. Voicemail wasn't set up so I texted him

Got some exhaust work done and they gave me a price but as soon as I left they called my phone saying there was another problem,, asking questions just to see if you know what you talking about. Then the next day when my vehicle was ready they more than doubled the price. I knew it was bologna so I told him what cost so much he said adjustments and so I said write the adjustments on the receipt all he put was labor. So I paid but they will never touch a vehicle of mine. All he could do was grin and almost laugh when I asked of the price difference. So don't send any young people because they goin try to size you up the whole time you tell them the repairs you need.

Thank you to these sweet men who stopped what they were doing to help me so I did not get stranded. Honest, genuine and very helpful.
