I took my car to get worked on due to my heat not working, Joe told me I was all set... I then ran my car to see if the heat was properly working, but when I turned on the heat for the foot, it was barley blowing. I tried calling Romano's multiple times from my cell to have him look at it again and no one answered, then I tried calling one time from my jobs phone and I got an answer, which means my call was being screened and they did not want to deal with me, because they are a dishonest company, they take your money and you get what you get. Poor service... I paid almost $300 dollars for incomplete service. Joe got upset with me, when im the one who got bamboozled out of my hard working earned money. This man is a crook first he sold me a car that was in a accident that he never told me about then I went in for service on that same car and he charged me 500 $$ and the stuff I asked him to do he never did and charged me for it... since when does a tune up cost 470$$......not honest at all

Flawless services and very affordable in my opinion I literally saved over $300 on a job that I had quoted by 6 other shops professionals and very time effective also. No complaints from me very happy customer here! I recommend them seriously 100%

First off let me start by saying this review is way over due.. A couple years ago I had a problem with my 03 maxima which the root of the problem was a faulty gas pump located in the fuel tank but at first glance they thought it was a skipped timing chain guide in the engine which never really happens in these maximas & is about as rare as spotting sasquach or a unicorn.. Anyways they told me I needed a new engine as they were certain it was that so I proceeded onward and just said ok let's swap the motor then..
