So I can’t say enough about the Service Department here. Our starter in our truck gave out when we were on our way from Western NY to Maine for a long weekend. So we had it towed here because they had hours on Saturday. Initially- they did not think they could work on it until the following Tuesday. I explained to Monica the fact that we weren’t from there and we were really stuck. She said she’d make some calls to see what she could do, but that they had no diagnostic technicians working that day. A short while later- she called back and said one of their techs was coming in, and he said he would take a look at our truck. They had our truck repaired and we were on the road at 1:00pm.
