Once I arrived at the correct location, the service staff was busy and polite. The address for the recall service wasn’t the same as listed on the mailer I’d received, so I went to the incorrect address first. The recall service took an hour and a half, which seems fair. They did pressure me into performing a $500 plugs & filter service my owners’ manual schedules for double the mileage Ron Lewis pushed for. Plugs are $50 and filter is $25. Account for 20 minutes to perform the work, and there were looking to profit exorbitantly. Seems a bit predatory. But, since my local dealership closed, I’m stuck having to drive 90 miles for factory service. I purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from this dealership and have had nothing but ongoing issues that directly impact my safety. The vehicle has been in the service department twice, and both times I was told that “no issues are found,” despite clear photo and video evidence. The infotainment screen frequently pixelates, freezes, and restarts while driving. It has restarted while I was backing up, leaving me without a rearview camera. It also restarts during phone calls and GPS use, and this happens regardless of whether Android Auto or Apple CarPlay is connected—I have tested multiple phones with the same result. The staff at the service department were great! I thought it was a little to quick when they Said they had changed my spark plugs a did a fuel cleaning. Only took less than 30 minutes I was a little skeptical that it was even done. After I looked under hood and it looked like no one even touched the engine. The dust didn’t have any prints on it and I don’t even see the spark plugs. So I wonder if work was ever done. The final thing I did not appreciate is that you guys charged me $205.00 to diagnose my blind spot sensor was bad! Obviously I knew it didn’t work! I didn’t come in for just that !
