Ron & Sons Towing - Parsippany

Honestly very happy with Ron & Sons Towing, called a different tow company was was extremely rude and refused to try and help me tow my toolbox. I called Ron & Sons towing and had asked if they were able to tow my toolbox on a short notice, very kindly I was told they could help me and that they actually have a few people that tow tool boxes everyday and understood the need due to it being a livelihood item for work. Jose was the driver of the truck and his communication was perfect, he handled the box safely and secured it with ease. Once at the location he helped push it into the shop. Overall very very happy with this tow company and how they safely managed a very expensive toolbox, prices were very good for the distance they traveled as well. I locked my keys in my car and called AAA. They sent out Ron & Sons Towing. Dylan from Ron & Sons Towing arrived within 20 minutes, as he said he would when he called to let me know he was on the way. He was very communicative and had my car open within 10 minutes. He was kind and professional, and I am very appreciative of his service and support. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the area!

Requested a service call through AAA for a flat tire. Freddy arrived very quickly to change my tire for me today. He was very friendly, knew exactly what he was doing and did it so quick! Thank you!!

Using the AAA app I needed auto service as it seemed the battery was dead. Quick service and Rocco C was great and got the car started. If I needed any other services I would hesitate to contact Ron & Sons Towing.
