Terrible sales department. I contacted a salesperson regarding a used vehicle I was interested in. It's a long drive from my home to the business so I wanted to ensure the vehicle would be available for me. The salesman assured me the vehicle would be available. The appointment wasn't for another three hours or so. I arrived and the salesman told me the vehicle was in the shop (where it presumably had been for days). Then asked if I wanted to look at another vehicle while I was there. He also whined about it not being his fault that it was in the shop. He didn't seem to understand it was his fault that he said it would be there and we made appointment, but he didn't bother to actually check the status of the vehicle until hours later defeating the purpose of making an appointment.

Great experience with getting my car repaired. Caleb from service was communicative and updated me through texting and calling throughout the service process. He worked with my vehicle warranty company to get the repair claims approved without issue. Dropped off my car and got it repaired and covered without much effort on my end as Caleb and the rest of the service staff took care of just about everything.

Do not take your car here!!!!!!! Do not !!! go anywhere else! I should have taken it as a sign when I overheard some guy saying his car was here for a month! Guess whose car was here for over a month. $950 and it’s not fixed we took it out and now are going somewhere else. We ended up taking it to a real dealership in Vancouver where they told us all the repairs that were done were wrong. Had to pay again. And that we had a slow transmission leak?!? 4000 later runs great. How did they not see this leak after having it for weeks!!!!! Nightmare.

I took my work truck in for a warranty repair and oil change 6 weeks ago. They were not able to "get to" my truck in 2 days before I needed it back. The lack of communication was disappointing. This time around I scheduled more days off work (its a work truck, I rely on it daily for work). When I dropped it off the person at the desk told me it would take up to 72 hours for the diagnostic and warranty repair to be completed. This is already a long time to wait, especially when my small business cannot function without my truck. I called yesterday afternoon to get an update. They did not answer, so I left a message, no call back. Today I called and spoke with the same rep I spoke with before. He said that they would need my truck into next week for the issue to be resolved. He said if I pic

Horrible service they make you wait weeks before they get you in and then tell you they can't fix your car waste of time they have a bunch of kids working there that have no knowledge should not be working in service. And they backed my car into the wall scratched my fifth wheel I had to take it back in there and have them fix it more time wasted. You think taking it to a dealership you would have confidence in trusted mechanics but not there they said parts were discontinued and I drive a fleet vehicle so parts are readily available.
