I’ve been a customer here for 38 years and have seen multiple management changes. The mechanics themselves are competent, but the current management approach is the problem. The shop no longer provides clear parts-and-labor breakdowns. Instead, they present large, all-in pricing with no transparency, which puts customers at a disadvantage. I brought my vehicle in specifically requesting a complete air-suspension conversion to conventional coils and struts (front and rear) so I would not have to worry about future suspension failures. Although the rear suspension had failed, my intent was a full conversion. I was quoted $2,500, which I reluctantly accepted under the assumption this covered the entire system conversion. Needed a quick state inspection before work and arrived at 8am. Was not sure whether taking an EV to somewhere that's not the dealership would be straightforward, but the staff were incredibly friendly and were able to turn-around the inspection in 30 minutes flat! Would go back again!

Ronnie’s did a great job fixing our car. Reached out to get approval before making any decisions and was extremely fast getting the repairs done.

Ronnies unfortunately left me disappointed. I initially came here as a recommendation. I had the work done on my car and it was initially driving fine. A week or so later there were transmission issues. Yes, the car is older and may have had underlying problems. Ronnie’s at first said their guy “messed up”, there was no documentation and taking ownership for making any current issues worse. I was reassured several times they would help me out. Days later I am being told that there is nothing they could do, it’s completely in corporates hands (Auto Care Plus). I have yet to hear from Auto Care Plus about the issue and am left with no proper customer service satisfaction. This company clear does not work in good faith and sadly I would absolutely never recommend them.

Joe who was manning the service desk, was excellent at explaining the work that the technician did to repair a weird problem with my ignition. The fee was reasonable. I appreciate all the employees at Ronnie’s.
