I called them for towing and service. They assumed it was the alternator so they didn’t even run a diagnostic or anything further to see what actually was wrong besides that. Pricing was outrageous, just for me to have to go to the dealership a couple weeks later and still spend a $1000+ dollars. If you’re paying someone a thousand dollars the least you could do is make sure nothing else is wrong with the freaking vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous. Then they weren’t even going to mention that there was a core charge until I mentioned it to them first.

Experience was horrible, the owner called police Everytime we went to get our belongings out of vehicle and then once there wanted to put us in a time schedule to get them out.. Not only did that happen, the following happened too. My vehicle sustained additional damages that was NOT Present AT FIRST SEEING AUTO THEN OUR BELONGINGS WERE REMOVED. THE COMPANY THEN AFTER GETTING THE THINGS WE GOT OUT IF IT HAVE POLICE MAKE ME SIGN A ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF FUTURE VISITS WOULD BE Trespassing PAPER. Very unprofessional... Needless to say they still have my property.,smh...

They were understanding and extremely helpful. And they did their best to save me every dollar they could. And they were/are extremely friendly and comforting. Would definitely use their services if i lived in the area.

I was camping in Charles City and got my van stuck in a ditch. Roadside assistance suggested Ron's and a technician was dispatched to my remote location with limited service. Professional and timely, my van was easily pulled from the ditch and I was on my way. 2 days later I had a flat and needed a tow. Weather was very wet so the tech was a little behind but was professional and kept me updated on the situation. Towed me to their shop and we fixed the flat. Excellent! Again, safe and courteous technicians, I'm told they have newer folks working there as well.

I was on my way home from OBX and got a flat off of 295 out side of Richmond for 4 hours. MQM towing came to help and they towing company is a joke. Told me they can't help because my truck didn't have the tool to drop the spare tire. He left me my wife a 2 kids on the side of the road with no help after 4 hours. Then My insurance got Ron's auto. They came and saved the day. They came and got the truck and gave us all a ride back to the shop at 9 at night to fix my truck and get us back on the road home. These guys are great hard workers and I thank them so much.
