I loved my experience with Ron's Auto Repair. They where quick, professional, honest, and made sure I knew/approved everything before doing anything. No vehicle Repair is honestly very cheap but they let me know all my options from the cheapest, get ya going, fix to the most reliable fix. I talked a lot with Keith who was very kind and helped me find financing options to get my Repairs done. Thank you all for the kindness and hard work!

I'm so incredibly pleased with the service I received at Ron's Auto last week. Incredibly detailed and focused on customer satisfaction. They also were kind enough to provide me with a loner car so I could get back and forth to work. Thank you for everything.

I was told all the fluids have been topped off, and when I got my oil change I found out that the coolant was below minimum range within a few days. I asked if I needed new tires, but was told no, even one that was almost legally bald (3/32nd). One tire was the wrong size. Another tire was put on inside out. At first I didn't realize the car was wiggly, and I assume because of the tires. I also felt the job was rushed as it said it is a 4 or 4.5 hour job and would be pushing the end of the business day which was done 40 minutes early. I called this morning and I told them that I wasn't happy and said I wanted an aligmment to make sure it's right- they will check it and adjust it for free if needed. Our Pacifica began to miss on Interstate 35. Pulled off at the north Ames exit and shut the car down. Restarted it and it still had the problem. Knew that we would have to get it looked at. 2 o’clock in the afternoon doesn’t leave much time! I checked Google maps and Ron’s shop was the first one that came up and had good reviews. They were a little over a mile away so we just drove there. Richard the Service Writer and he was very understanding. He was able to get us in right away. I had a van towed to their shop with a wheel falling off. They got me in, replaced the studs and a leaking brake caliper cheap, they did a great job and were professional and friendly along with appropriate communication every step. Used these guys for years, will continue to do so and highly recommend.
