Roper Mountain Auto Care

I came with a power steering issue and what I thought were bad brakes. I was expecting a large bill due to the fact my car wouldn't turn in my brakes were very soft. When they called me a few days later and said that the total was going to be $127 because they had found that only a sensor had been triggered in the power steering and the brakes were soft simply due to an ABS unrelated issue. They could have easily taken me for a whole lot of money and to get an honest and fair explanation from someplace I had never been before nor did I know anybody there is unheard of in today's age. I never leave reviews either but this absolutely blew my mind thank you all

Great guys. What I like best is their honesty. I don’t have to worry about being taken for a ride. If it’s broken, they fix it. If it doesn’t need attention yet, they will tell you. I take all my cars here and so does the rest of my family.

Bobby was so nice to work with. My car was repaired quickly, and the cost for repairs was very fair. I highly recommend and will return for any auto repairs I might need.

We haven’t been going to Roper Mountain Auto care since they opened many years ago. We have two Mercedes that they service. They are pleasant, friendly, easy to talk with, extremely honest and provide the best service at a reasonable price. Have not been back to the Mercedes dealership since we bought the cars.
