I had a pretty bad experience here. The office building looks really nice like they regard a great care of you, but they don’t. My car was dirtier than it was when I dropped it off and there were fruit flies all inside my car when I confronted them about it they just denied it and said that my damage was on the front end. They wouldn’t have no reason to open the door, but they clearly opened the door when they had to move my car from place to place and they also were Looking at my warning lights on my car they had to jump start it or something they told me. When I’m communicating with somebody else jumping my car I usually do leave the door open. Why would someone get all the way in the inside their car when someone’s helping them jump it so that the other person can’t hear them whatsoever

Unfortunately we've had to take our two vehicles there on several occasions. . These guys have done a great job...we've gotten our vehicles back just as soon as they can do it. Just like new.

I just wanted to express how easy they made the entire transaction. I was able to drop off my rental with them as well. My Silverado came out looking brand new when they were done. When I called back for proof of work 2 years later, they were able to send me the repairs made to my vehicle so that I could dispute a CARFAX discrepancy. Someone rear-ended me on the I-5 and sent my car into another car, so I had structural damage in both the front and the back, with my rear bumper hanging on by a thread. My car was still drivable, so I drove it back to Bakersfield and my insurance sent me to this place. I had never been in an accident before (or since), and I figured it would take a couple weeks to get my car back. Nope - it took over a month. So, I went to pick up my car and thought my car sounded a little funny when I started it in their parking lot, but didn't think anything of it at the time. The next day, I went to start my car and it was dead. I had replaced the battery not long before the accident, had no problems, waited over a month without my car, and now it's dead.
