After an accident my insurance company recommended this shop, and although it was a longer process than I expected, (due to the insurance company), I was very happy with the service. The people in the office are friendly and the work was done very professionally. They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car! I would highly recommend this business.

They did a truly excellent job, there’s a couple minor things still yet to do on my car but the work completed is just excellent. They’re friendly courteous and fast. If there are issues they’re handled immediately and work minimal fuss with all repairs guaranteed.

I’d gone to another shop first, and they told me fixing the leak in my car door might cost thousands — but it wasn’t really their specialty, so they referred me to Rotary Collision Center (aka Falmouth Auto Works). The tech at Falmouth looked at it right away, saw the door was just slightly out of alignment, and bent it back into place. Problem solved — no charge. Super honest, friendly, and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

I try and give everyone and every place of business the benefit of the doubt, but this place needs to be avoided at all costs. I would not wish my worst enemy to bring their car here. This is the first time I wish I was able to give a 0, as there are no positives. When you enter the office - you’ll notice three words painted on the wall, and those three words could not be further from the truth. Service, Professionalism and Integrity. Not only do they try and gas light you like you were born yesterday. They will look directly at a scratch on your car and tell you it does not exist. They will not own up to additional damage their shop created on your car. They talk down to you and claim they know more about how you drive your car than you do. I had the most peculiar and frustrating experience with this place. Despite the people being very nice, their work organisation and diligence on this occasion was terrible. I should have heeded my intuition when I went to drop it off when another customer was upset and frustrated with his car not being ready… here is my story. They had my car for an over 3 weeks for some minor works only to come back to the shop saying it’s not ready. I come back to collect it a few days later and find the work very unsatisfactory. They left primer spray on interior doors and also missed a blatant obvious dent in one of the passenger doors. They also tried to badly paint a few scratches on the front bumper that wasn’t part of the job and left thick paint over it. I called them and ended up emailing picture
