Route 11 Carwash

Vacuums kinda suck always broken and the wash bay water pressure sucks. Not enough pressure to even get bugs off let alone small mud spots on your vehicles.

Two stars because of auto machine. They seriously need to shut this off in cold weather as it just doesn’t work. The machine takes your money but the auto wash doesn’t work at all. And good luck actually getting your money back cause no one answers and my bank called for a month straight with no answer. Watched it happen to another customer on Wednesday. Picked overpriced cause that is exactly what it is when you get paid to do nothing…. Which is exactly how this auto machine works in winter.

They had Wax ... Most places don't maintain the Wax or have it set too low... This one has Wax. And the Clear Coat wax works good too

I ran my Brand new Tahoe through the automatic car wash and it made scratches in back trunk areas and brake lights. I never thought I would get my $80k scratch through the car wash. I would never use that car wash again!

So I lost 4.25 in one of the machines. I guess it ran out. I called the emergency number posted at the car wash, and the owner responded promptly, and gave me a refund. Great customer service, good equipment.
