Terrible Experience – Total Rip-Off This car wash is a complete rip-off. They took my money and gave me one of the worst washes I’ve ever had. The car was still dirty, water spots everywhere, and the vacuum was basically useless. I paid for a service that was clearly not done properly. When you charge customers, the bare minimum is doing the job right. This place does the opposite—they take your money and don’t care about quality or customers at all. When I asked them to clean the car properly, they brought over someone who looked like a manager or the owner. His response was unbelievable. He said he’s not going to “scrape” or properly scrub the car. That says everything about this business. They gladly take your money but refuse to actually do the work. Zero customer service, zero eff

0 star This was hands down one of the worst services I’ve ever paid for. I genuinely don’t understand how anyone could consider this job “finished.” My car was returned still dirty, streaked, and covered in grime, especially around the door panels, seat rails, and lower interior trim. The photos speak for themselves. It looks like someone wiped random spots and called it a day. Dirt and residue were left in obvious places, plastic panels were smeared, and the interior looks barely touched, not cleaned. I paid expecting a professional service — what I got felt rushed, careless, and lazy. What makes this worse is that these are high-traffic areas that any competent cleaner would notice immediately. Instead, I’m left wondering if anyone even inspected the work before handing the car back.

I tried to stop for a quick car wash and I spent more time trying not to fall than actually washing my truck. The floor looked like a hockey rink and when trying to select the different options like Tire cleaner, pressure wax, or pressure soap.... nothing but water came out on all options. The more I tried to wash the more slippery the floor became. Definetely not safe to operate this time around.

Ripoff service and horrible service avod at all cost. Might as well skip and save $20. No customer service or anything totally horrible place. I would not even rate them.

By far the best carwash location I have found in a while. I brought them a turd of a truck nasty and dirty. this crew spent 3+ hours on the truck making it stand tall and proud. as a company owner and my truck being a mobile billboard for my company Royal Carwash has my Business
