My mother lives here and I have seen some amazing things happening at Royal Columbian. She has lived her for many years and under the current management we have seen changes that warm my heart and bring my mother peace and security. Thank you to the staff for meeting with us and addressing our concerns immediately. My mother couldn't be happier

Toured facility and was met with friendly staff and active residents that genuinely enjoyed where they live. I was treated to lunch and the food was good. Definitely a place for my dad@

This is coming from a Doordasher I walked in to take food I wasn't sure where to go and I noticed a elderly lady to my left and she was standing there for a while and then was asking for help this lady with blonde short hair look like the manager or director she didn't notice I was in the lobby waiting and she notices the elderly lady and says in a rude way what do you want and the older lady said something and the lady starts to say in a rude way you need to go back to your room and watch TV just like everyone else is what don't you understand about that and tbh if I was just there doordashing and saw a little glimpse I can only imagine them all day like that with these people I honestly feel so bad I have not stopped thinking about this and I hope whoever is reading this makes a change.

Excellent assisted living community. Staff is responsive and compassionate and management is always available to listen to me concerns and praise.

Ruth the director is uncaring, cold hearted and highly unprofessional. I was told in a hallway that he needed 24 hour care while we found a new place for him to live. We took him out of there and they told me they didn’t know he was gone. Part of his plan was for night shift caregivers to check on his room hourly to make sure he hadn’t fallen so apparently no one looked in on him or they would have known he was gone. He was a fall risk so he could have fallen and bled out on the floor and no one would had ever checked on him. This place has failed food inspections and has no communication between staff and shift changes. Every time a plan was implemented to help my 97 year old dad it didn’t happen when I would ask the caregiver about it they would say I didn’t know about that or I’m
