Royal Gorge Truck & RV- Canon City

Had our coach overheat. Mike and Doug are excellent mechanics. Redid a lot of the engine. Runs terrific and very honest and reasonable. Kept it clean and everything was right where we left it. Highly recommend. Ya it takes awhile because they probably take on more work than they should but I'd rather wait than turning down the job or doing a poor quality job. Family business. Appreciate you guys

Absolutely terrible. Had my camper for over a year to fix hail damage. Took 6 months to even get the insurance process started. Then proceeded to tell me it would be ready every weekend from May through November. Will never go back.

We took our motorhome to them for a roof & satellite replacement & was told it would take a week. It took almost a month & we lost the food in the fridge because they told me they would put it in the shop & plug it in. Was down that Monday afternoon at 3:30 & it was outside & they were taking the fixtures on the roof off & the fridge was flashing low DC & temp was at 55 deg & frig was not plugged in. Rained that night & was back two days later & it was in the shop & they had only the fridge plugged in & lights were on & we had water in a trash can in the bathroom. Long story short we lost both house batteries & exhaust fan & all the food. Asked Ashley to pay for that & was told none of that was their responsibility. Cust svc is terrible. I called & asked if they perform alignments. He says “no” & hangs up on me. Good luck going here.

I have an older model RV (1978) and it's had a lot of issues, many if which was just hard to get done. I took my RV in for an alignment and took of it as well as some extra work that needed done. They were fast, and considering there down a person and had to squeeze me in, I'm impressed. I wish I had known how good they were there when I started on this RV, I'd have taken it straight to them, and I will with any future issues. My experience was great (and it's nice to be able to drive above 60 without feeling like you are breaking apart).
