I recently took my vehicle to Royalty Auto Service for its 100K mile service and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They inspected my 2012 Pathfinder top to bottom, made recommendations, changed all the fluids that I requested, and were very professional. The entire visit felt smooth and stress-free. A special shout-out to Sierra, my service advisor, who did an outstanding job keeping me informed throughout the process. She explained everything clearly, kept me updated on progress, and made sure I understood exactly what my car needed. They also completed a wash and vacuum on my car and left me a nice red rose in my car - Nice detail - Appreciate it. I always trust Royalty to handle my vehicles. They are professional and very easy to work with. 5 stars isn’t enough stars. Just an oil change this round but they have worked many difficult jobs on my trucks as well.

It is hard to find a shop that has the exceptional skill set to truly diagnose a problem and fix it right the first time, but Royalty Auto Service nailed it. They handled a major overhaul on my Ford Escape (timing chain, suspension, the works), and the car runs like new. Beyond the technical expertise, the experience was just outstanding. The shop is clean and welcoming, and talking to Mrs. Marly was like talking to family. She was super sweet and made sure I was taken care of. They even went above and beyond by offering to drive my car to me (60 miles away!) just because one of the staff members was going to be in the area the next day. Royalty truly lives our their motto: “Let our family take care of yours” This auto shop is so much more than an auto shop. Our trucks compressor was broken on our way to Florida so we stopped at Royalty. We told them we were in a rush because a family member passed away and they were compassionate. They have a very comfortable waiting room with coffee, snacks, and beverages. Time flew by when they told us our truck was fixed. When we got in the truck, we found a small bouquet. The service I received from Royalty Auto Services was exceptional, from initial contact to the picking up of my completed vehicle. My 2019 Ram 1500 had several issues, and the aftermarket extended warranty company had told me that it was possible that they might cover some of the issues, but they needed diagnostics run on it before they could decide. My local shop is a small shop that does not process extended warranties. I have been following Sherwood for about 3 months and have been impressed with everything he does, especially coming from a background where I started out in mechanics, years ago. I decided to contact them and take my vehicle 3.5 hours from the house to have them work on it, and I have no regrets. Sierra was awesome to deal with from first contact all the way through the
