Got the job done. Was a little rude to my husband. He was having a really bad day and I don’t know if she was neither but she was giving me attitude. He was being respectful. I understand they had to move a truck but yall told us you’d be 30-45 min so they didn’t think theyd needed to move it 10 min later after getting the first text. Other than that would’ve been a great service.

They arrive supper fast/ I was told it would be 30-45 minutes and they were there in like 15 mins. They are very professional, and down to earth. Great people & Great Service! I would recommend them over anyone else. From calling for service to them picking up my car the service was superior!

Both the dispatcher and Matthew the driver were awesome! Scheduled the tow a few hours before I could get to the vehicle's location. Excellent communication at every step. Quick and efficient delivery. Thomas the Truck came highly recommended. Delighted by their service!

WOW what a service oriented business. Text/called me when they were picking up,on the way and when they arrived. If there were 6 stars I would have gave it to them. Hey south Georgia and North Florida, keep this company busy. They are truly that good.

In route back home to FL I found myself stuck on the side of the highway. Thomas The Truck Towing was very patient and assisted with getting me off the highway and into a safer place in a timely manner. Matthew was AMAZING! He was polite and personable and I truly appreciated that. He helped turn a traumatic experience into something more encouraging.
