Royer Body Shop

I had Royer's work on fixing a dent in a vehicle of mine that was particularly difficult. They quoted me a fair price and their work has my vehicle looking good as new! Friendly and easy to work with and VERY accommodating to my busy schedule. Thanks again!

This happened awhile back.....took a motorcycle tank/fenders to get painted. Said they're too busy/couldn't do it. So I ask, "Who do you recommend that can do it?" Their response, "Well, I'm not in the habit of recommending the competition." So the way I understand it is that they didn't want to do it. Ok, that's fine. But they also didn't want me to take my business elsewhere. Wow. They truly could care less about the customer. Pretty sure I'll never go there again. :)

My insurance company gave me an estimate and told me I could shop around to find the best price I could on the work I need done to my vehicle. I went to Royer's today to see what the work would cost, and they refused to give me an estimate. The woman at the desk said "I'm not going to give you an estimate so you can shop around". So they refused to give me an estimate and wanted to see the estimate I got from my insurance, I went to another place just up the road and around the corner and had a way better experience. Would not recommend Royer's.

My new vehicle was in two fender benders in a week. Dan made the body repairs to my vehicle in quick turnaround. Laura was beyond helpful! Thank you so much and my vehicle looks like the day I purchased it! Thank you for the great service!

If I could give this place a 0 I sure would!! I called to get a quote. They didn't answer which is ok. I continued my search. They called me back like 1 1/2 hours and when I told the lady that I had it figured out she hung up on me. I called back asked to speak to the manager and she said that was her, so I asked to speak to the owner and again she said it was her. She had a story ready as to why she had hung up on me but yet did it again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Glad I went with another company.
