I’m not sure if it was just because they didn’t take me seriously as a young woman coming to get her car fixed or if they treat everyone this way, but I was blown away by how poor the communication was here. They said they could get my car back to me in a week, and we discussed that it would need to be back by then because I needed it to travel to an out-of-town exam. They didn’t ever call me with updates- day before I thought I was going to pick up I called for an update, no answer. Took several calls to get an update, which was that they needed a few more days. I again expressed when i needed the car and they agreed. I went to pick up on the agreed upon day, paid, and went to leave. This shop is fantastic. Their work can take a bit longer than predicted, but the results are just perfect. My car and my husband's truck were both repaired at Roy's, and they both look showroom new. The office staff members are knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. We highly recommend this body shop.

Hands down the best service I've received when dealing with car repairs! They had me back to new in a week and a half when other shops quoted me 4+ weeks! Amazing communication, specifically from Shane who kept me in the loop daily with updates and progress pictures! 10/10 would recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future!

I had some pretty bad damage but pay too much, and they were able to provide great service for a great price. The car looked so good when I went to get it I didn't even recognize it. They were so thoughtful and really worked hard to deliver great customer service. I was also surprised at how fast they were able to get the repairs done. I will be using them for all of my body repair needs.

Roy's painted the hood and cab roof of my Toyota pickup truck. The original seal coat had deteriorated badly and some of the paint had worn off completely. The body preparation and paint job done by Roy's was superior. The truck looks like new. I highly recommend Roy's for any body work you need to have done. You will be happy with their work.
