Roy's Transmission Shop

Did a great job on replacing the transmission on my Optima. Appreciated them seeing if it could be repaired first rather than jumping to a full replacement, unfortunately it was too far gone. Got my car back in a few days reasonable price. I recommend this shop.

I was referred to Roy's by my mechanic after having random transmission issues with my Chrysler Town & Country following a solenoid pack replacement. Steven, Roy's son, was friendly and very knowledgeable. Almost a year later, my oil change shop told me the cooler lines were leaking, so I called Roy's right away. They got me in quickly, replaced the lines, and topped off the transmission fluid. You can tell they do things the right way, and their long history in business says a lot.

I went on a recommendation from a friend. Roy's took good care of me and found the issue with my transmission. It was fixed in good time and at a reasonable price. Everyone I talked to was friendly and honest about what needed to be done. I will definitely go back, if needed, and will recommend Roy's to everyone.

After doing a diagnostic for only $69, they let me know my transmission was shot. The TCC the other company used to rebuild it 1 ½ years ago was subpar. In just a little over a week my Suburban was back in action. Can't say enough good things about these guys and highly recommend them if you need transmission work done!
