I have a 1987 Chevy El Camino that I took in there to get the motor rebuilt after a month and a half later it was finally supposed to be done found out that they replaced the engine and didn't rebuild it, I wanted to keep everything original on it, after I drove it home I found out somebody had stole the cruise control system off of it and spray painted the area where it was so it looked like it was never there, I called them they said they would take care of it. When I started it the next morning to take it back to them it was knocking so bad that I was scared to drive it back. they sent a tow truck to come pick it up and now they're working on it so we'll see .update later.! "update" let's just say that after $5k, the car ran better before it took it to them...actually now it doesn't run

Took my truck to have fixed. They charged me to tell me it was something unrelated to original issue and that It then would be an east fix for me to do. (I do alot of my own work). Got the part and put it in and that wasnt the problem. They miss diagnosed and charged me for it. I asked if i could get a refund since they missed it and it was crickets.

Great shop and honest people. They will shoot you straight and not mess around. My grandfather has used them for many years and we both recommend giving Simmons a chance to earn your business. Thanks Paul!

The only shop I trust! I drive a Toyota Highlander 2019--the fuel pump went out when I was 6.5 months pregnant. Toyota said nothing was wrong (dealership shop). Short story, Paul said--wait a minute, this is under recall. He called and discussed with their shop manager and they had it fixed in a day! He could have easily fixed it and charged me but he did the right thing! Have been using them for over 10 years and send all the people I know looking for a trusted mechanic here--so thankful!

I can't thank Simmons Auto enough for fixing my vehicle, my engine's timing belt was out of 'time' and these gentleman replaced the timing belt along with other necessities. Thanks to them I now have a reliable vehicle. Would come back here over & over again, if I needed to.
