RPM Lakewood Towing And Recovery

I had an excellent experience and can confidently say the positive reviews are accurate. The tow truck driver went above and beyond.. he didn’t just hook up the car and go, he actually took the time to try to diagnose and fix my car (in the frigid January air and in the dark at that) before ultimately towing it. He explained what he was doing, made some genuinely helpful recommendations, and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was very friendly and courteous the entire time, and even dropped me back off at home after the tow, which I know is probably not typical for him to do, but I really appreciated it. Service like this is rare. Glad to have someone who I can trust and recommend to family and friends.

I could not ask for a better tow company. While stranded in the middle of the night after buying a new RV (yes immediately stopped working after purchase), these guys were able to come and help us out! But it didn't just stop there, they were able to store the vehicle as we spent time trying to locate a mechanic that would take the vehicle. Then assisted us in dropping off the vehicle at the mechanic. Throughout the process they did everything the could to help us out. They had their local mechanic take a look at the RV, they spoke with me around the clock to accommodate my needs. For understandable reasons, I hope I don't have to use them again, but if I do they will always be my first call! Don't want to say anything about what they can tow, but my GVWR is I believe about 12.5k lbs.

The tow truck driver was so wonderful rescued me from being locked out with my phone and everything locked in my car. I highly recommend his service he is so kind. Thank you so much!!!

I am so happy that I found RPM Lakewood towing and recovery this is a company that really cares about their customer I was stuck on the side of the road my car just died!!! I called around and they answered on the first ring!! thank you so much for coming to my aid and being kind and quick and reasonable to get my car to an auto shop

My car broke down late at night and I was nervous about being stranded. I called RPM Lakewood Towing and they picked up the phone right away thankfully. The driver arrived quickly and got my car loaded up with no issues. The price was fair especially after hours. I can't thank them enough for being there for me!
